My Name is Kelly Ash. I was born and raised in Springfield, Mo. For the last 10 years me and my family call Sparta Mo. home. I have been A Hobby Blacksmith for about 11 years or so. The tools of the trade, the history and the art of Blacksmithing simply facinates me. I enjoy making something out of nothing, making a rose out of a piece of metal, making my own cabinet pulls or towel bar. I use a gas forge for most of my work, but I also use coal.
